Temporary Fencing

As the cost of building materials continues to rise, so does theft and vandalism on construction sites.  Material deliveries left unsecured can disappear overnight, increasing costs.  Also, construction sites can be inherently dangerous when unattended.  A temporary fence is an affordable way to both reduce the risk of theft and vandalism and reduce the risk of accidental injuries after hours.  A temporary fence may also lower a contractor's insurance costs.  For these and other reasons, many contractors have made it common practice to use temporary fencing to secure their project sites.

Universal Fence Company  offers chain link fence, free-standing panel fence, and orange safety fence as temporary fencing options.

Temporary Chain Link Fencing

Our high-quality temporary chain link fencing, with posts driven into the ground, provides cost-effective perimeter security.  We offer 4', 6' and 8' material, as well as a range of gates and accessories.  This type of fence is usually installed into the dirt, but it is possible to install it on concrete and asphalt surfaces by core drilling the post holes before installation.

Temporary Panel Fencing

Our free-standing panel fencing provides perimeter security in a convenient, modular format, and can be used in locations where temporary chain link fencing is undesirable.  This fence can be installed on project sites where the existing surface should be protected, or where underground utilities are a problem.  Our panels keep sites safe.
